2.Transparent Mode

Once a client has engaged with you, submitted their requirements and agreed
T&C’s you can then enter “Transparent Mode”.

Open candidate profiles

Create open candidate profiles that reveal your candidate’s full details (this is done on private links and can only be viewed by your selected clients). This feature is used for sending candidates to your clients with terms already agreed and jobs already registered with your agency (and once the candidate has given consent to be submitted to your client).

  • Reveal

    Reveal you candidates’ key specific information, including name, full employment history, education and references.

  • Video intros

    On open profiles you can upload more personal information including video intros (if required) from your candidates, allowing your clients to see the character behind the profile.

  • Feedback

    Share interview notes and candidate feedback allowing your clients to give feedback on candidates directly on the platform.

3.Shortlist Mode

  • Shortlist creator

    Easily create candidate shortlists for specific vacancies that your client has registered with you allowing clients to easily compare candidates.

    Once a client has reviewed shortlisted candidates they can leave a rating for each candidate profile submitted to give quick and easy feedback.
